This fun abstract incorporates digital hand work, photographic images, fractals and the magic of digital effecting and recoloration. The background is a wonderfully textured collage of fractals that has been effected with both an oil brushed and canvas texture. The effect is that of detailed mural work in a period men's club or smoke stained wallpaper in a Cuban cigar club; masculine, earth toned, subtle and elegant. The focal point of the art is a photographic image of a lit cigar balanced on a brandy snifter. My name is Diane and I currently reside in a suburb of Orlando, FL, USA. I create all of my art on a laptop using a variety of construction techniques. These techniques incorporate digital freehand drawing and composition, photo collage, custom fractal assemblies, and digital enhancements and effecting. I have always had a fascination for digital art and abstracts and have recently begun to incorporate fractals and fractal assemblies into my art.
