This fantastic abstract combines digital hand work, fractals, layering and of course, the absolute magic of digital effecting and recoloration. The background for the piece is a beautiful gradient background in rainbow shades of blue, purple, green, yellow and red. The focal point of the art starts out with a digitally created circular pattern with some creative layering and coloring. The fractal that sits dead center in a circular portion of the design blends perfectly with the background image giving a unique asymmetrical touch to an otherwise stable design element. The final digital effect that is overlayed to all is an interesting morphing and lining technique that adds some interesting curvature and additional morphed lining around each element. This art is unique, modern, edgy and totally hip. It is proudly going into my "artist's favorite" folder. Enjoy!

My name is Diane and I currently reside in a suburb of Orlando, FL, USA. I create all of my art on a laptop using a variety of construction techniques. These techniques incorporate digital freehand drawing and composition, photo collage, custom fractal assemblies, and digital enhancements and effecting.
