Description
This unusual abstract incorporates digital hand work, layering, photographic and CGI images and some pretty cool digital effecting and recoloration. The primary colors in this pic are greens from deep to yellow-green. I am a native New Yorker by birth and relocated to Florida in the 70's. When I thought of Florida, I conjured up pics of fun, warm, sunny weather, attractions, beaches. But that was corrected pretty quickly when I went out into my parking lot one morning to find an alligator lounging underneath my car. Needless to say, my scream brought my neighbors running. As we gathered around my car, one of the snickering native Floridians, armed with a rather large push broom, went about pushing the rather sizeable animal out from underneath my car and steering it back to the lake behind my apartment. The name of this piece is "Welcome To Florida". Enjoy the art and the funny story.
